"I switched from Progressive insurance to State Farm after many years of service because Progressive rated my policy exponentially on my renewal date, due to the state's change in rates, per their representative. I spoke to several different Progressive reps and received various reasons for the increased rating from, "I don't know", "let me transfer you to another department," "I'm sorry, I can't see that section of your policy," to the final "It's due to the increase in your state's rating scale." After that frustrating, exhausting exchange that spanned several hours over a few days, I contacted State Farm and was able to obtain two policies, renters and auto, for less than the rate of auto insurance alone through Progressive. Along with the financial benefit, Liam, my representative at Molly McGill's State Farm office, has provided stellar customer service that Progressive can't begin to shine a light to and didn't provide the entire time I was with them. The personal connection with a customer service representative is currently underestimated by many corporations and I am very grateful to have found a company, Molly McGill's State Farm, that still values personal customer service. All things considered, meaning, if State Farm stays the course in providing reasonable rates and above average customer service, then I'm here to stay. :-)"

"Molly took excellent care of us while we were permanently relocating from Alabama to Colorado. With all the things we had to transfer and phone calls we had to make, she made the Insurance transfer a breeze. I never had to make a call after i made contact with Molly.
